SHIPPING POLICY  

Shipping is done at our discretion. All items will be shipped Fed Ex or UPS to the United States. We do not ship to a PO address or to PO boxes. We may require that an item is shipped by truck freight, and unloading would be customer’s responsibility. For extra heavy items, a lift gate option is available from the delivery company with additional charges. We will provide a tracking number for most items, however some of our items are shipped direct from a supplier and therefore a tracking number isn't available. Items listed with free shipping are shipped with Fed Ex ground service, UPS ground service or USPS and only to the 48 continental United States. Some small packages may be shipped using UPS SurePost and will be delivered by the Post Office. All estimated delivery times are pending the ability of the shipping company to deliver. These estimated delivery times do not account for weather delays imposed by the shipping company that hinder the ability to deliver in your area. A limited number of items have flat $5.00 handling fee to help balance transportation costs. The total delivered price will be shown on the view cart page and before any financial or personal information is collected.   
 
 
SHIPPING DAMAGE
 
Ground Shipment Items:
 
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is shipping damage.
Click here to fill out the “contact us” form on the website to report any damage.
 
We will reply to you promptly with help in sending replacement parts or filing a damage claim.  

 

Any damages caused by shipping will be investigated by the shipping company.   
You MUST keep all of the packaging and packing materials so the shipping company can inspect the package.

We will file shipping claim after being contacted, with you as the recipient of the claim for damaged item reimbursement.

Truck Freight Shipment Items:
 
All Truck Freight Deliveries (extra heavy items) must be signed for at the time of delivery. Damage claims must be made at the time the item is delivered with the delivery driver. If item is signed for with no damage noted, we or the shipping carrier are no longer liable for any damage claims. You must thoroughly inspect your purchase before signing. No Exceptions!

The EXPRESS service is an option during the checkout process.
 
 
What EXPRESS SERVICE IS:

 

When you choose express and it meets all of the criteria (Item is IN STOCK and ordered by 3PM EST M-F CST)
we provide the following services:
  • You are moved to the front of the shipping line (prority shipment)
  • We guarantee that the item is shipped out the same business day if all criteria is met (Item is IN STOCK and ordered by 3PM M-F CST)
  • We choose the fastest national freight carrier (usually UPS FREIGHT) to accelerate the order to yor area 
What the EXPRESS SERVICE IS NOT:
EXPRESS is not a guarantee of transit time.
Weather delays or other delays imposed by the freight company that hinder the
ability to deliver in your area are non-refundable.

TRANSIT TIMES ARE TO A FEDEX FREIGHT TERMINAL OR TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS.
EXPRESS does not include weekend days or shipping holidays in transit time.
